the copy-to field is overwritten #176

By default I want to have a copy of the emails sent to copy@example.com.

In the 'copy-to' field I leave the chosen email default but when I receive an email that has cc, it overwrites the field. I need it to be added and not overwritten.

Sorry, but this is not what we want the plugin to behave.
