Russian translation was not included in debian package

Russian translation was not included in package.

Thanks, I will add the russian translation to the package when version 0.9 is 
ready.

I attached the "screenshot.mo" file, so the translation can be seen before the 
next
release comes out. Please move (as root) this file to 
/usr/share/locale/ru/LC_MESSAGES/
