Upgrade garage gates with new remote controllers that use per-controller access codes #14

Our current garage remotes all share a single activation code that they all transmit to the gate controller. That means that if one of the garage remotes gets stolen, then all of them have to be changed to a different code in order to prevent the thief from accessing our garage at will.

To avoid that, we plan to update the gate controllers to a new system where each remote has its own individual access code. That way, when a remote gets stolen or lost, the gate controller can be updated to merely ignore that individual remote's code and all of the other remotes can continue working as before.

This case is to track the progress of the upgrade.
