Waterproofing needed at electrical panel on north side of garage #9

During tonight's HOA meeting, Val and Tom mentioned that when it rains, water seeps in through the north wall of the garage into an electrical panel there, creating a potential shock/short-circuit hazard.

We need to waterproof around the electrical panel on the north wall so that the potential electrical hazard is avoided.

Alex says that repairing this leak will likely require digging up the sidewalk on the north side of the building, which will be very expensive. He got a quote for $80,000 but it might be more.
