Plugin implementation in Java

• Changed implementation from Groovy to Java
• Removed old code and refactor to fit.

Breaking Changes:

• Minimum Gradle Version 6.9+, no backward compatibility. (legacy gradle archive configurations are not supported)
• Deprecated attributes removed contextUrl in the Artifactory Convention -> use the contextUrl in the publish closure instead removed 'parent' closure in the artifactory convention (used for legacy configurations) ** Removed Distribute to bintray flow
