Hi guys, here Luis from Conan team. This python script is used to migrate from a conan server to Artifactory. I will need this merged asap to link it in the blog post of the Artifactory release (today).

@lasote can you change the path to conan/ConanServerToArtifactory/migrate.py and if possible add a README. If necessary we can take the README in a later PR.
