Added topRepos analysis script #61

I wrote this handy Python3 script that analyzes Artifactory Request log files to generate statistics.

It is useful for figuring out who is using the application the most, either by request volume or by data transfer size. The readme has the details, it supports both 6.X and 7.X log formats.

Just so you know, the link in CONTRIBUTING.md doesn't seem to work:
