Encryption keys aren't passed in Linux Jenkins agents #779

Instead of setting the buildInfoConfig.propertiesFileKey and buildInfoConfig.propertiesFileKeyIvy environment variables, set the following environment variables: PROPERTIES_FILE_KEY and PROPERTIES_FILE_KEY_IV.
