You provide complete example pipeline job implementations, but they're posted on github so we have to copy them into our own projects.

Create a "JFrog" group on gitlab.com and publish your GitLab CI template(s) there for users to consume directly.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Publishing them to my own Gitlab group.
