Added Gradle Android Library Example #289

This is an example to show that .aar artifacts are not uploaded to CI Server. As requested in https://github.com/jfrog/jfrog-cli/issues/880

@sebasira, Actually, I think that adding the gitlab file is not necessary, since we want this example to be as generic as possible.
