Artifactory Release Promotion Link Unavailable in Build Overview when using Experimental UI (TeamCity 2020.2.4) and Plugin Version 2.9.1 #114

Using the Artifactory Plugin (2.9.1) as part of a Gradle Step, when viewing the Build Overview using the Experimental UI of TeamCity (2020.2.4) the "Artifactory Release Promotion" Link is not provided. Instead I see two "Artifactory Build Info" Links pointing to the same Artifactory Build.

Switch to the Classic UI, I see one "Artifactory Build Info" Link and one "Artifactory Release Promotion" Link
