Fresh install of TC and Artifactory Cloud Version Mismatch. #29

Hello,

I've got a fresh install of TeamCity as well as a fresh install of Artifactory Cloud. When I attempt to add the artifactory server ( https://xxx.jfrog.io ) to my Teamcity configuration, I receive the following error:

org.jfrog.build.util.VersionException: There is either an incompatible or no instance of Artifactory at the provided URL.

Please let me know if you need any log files to diagnose this problem, I'll happily provide them.

Please note, you the URL provided is not the full URL required.

I had to make slight modifications, I.E.

https://xxx.jfrog.io/xxx/
