Change File.open to File.read!
Expand tests
Test separately for multiple use Smoothie, ... configurations
Test for the templates template_text and template_html with variables assigned
Test for the templates with variables not yet assigned
compilation deadlock
See line 80 of smoothie.ex if @template_files == [] do and also line 16 of compile task module.__smoothie_template_path__
