Huge improvements. #24

Code redesign. Now it use async instead sequence. Added check for admin rights. Added handling service custom display name, custom description. Now it's possible to set environment variables for service. It's possible to set startup type for service. Nssm updated to latest version.

It looks the way I write javascript now :)

Since you invested time to do these very valuable changes, I've added you as a contributor.

There is one thing, I'd change "async": "*". This could be problematic if async releases a major change to the api.
