Activity Files can be downloaded via a provided download link such as the one below:

This could really be changed to just the file ID but, the issue is it doesn't work at all right now.

EDIT: It is a 404 so it is probably just not in our URL rewrite.

The actual link that is rewritten to works but, the rewrite doesn't seem to be working.
