4 months ago - 'Anthem' input to be changed to 'Anthem title'.
- 'Anthem composer' should have a prompt/pre-fill (which disappears) of 'A. Composer' (i.e. indicating initial Fname, full Surname).
- Additional field for Composer birth-death dates (e.g. 1659-1695).
- Additional field for Anthem lyrics source (e.g. author's/poet's name, or a scriptural reference).
- If Anthem Lyrics are available in NEH, option to specify an NEH reference.
