Requirement

A developer should be able to start a dedicated bot instance.

Suggested solution

  1. Move the bot suffix to .env
  2. Register a bot for every developer

@Bauepete add the following configuration entries in .env:

BOT_PREFIX='!'
BOT_INSTANCE_NAME='Peter'
