Added some es6 functionality, mostly unintentionally, my editor is setup to just add things like let/const or === in place of ==
Remove the 'Auto' option that gets added to qualityLevels. The way I'm interfacing with DashJS I need to be able to distinguish between 1) a user purposefully selecting all the levels, 2) a user selecting the Auto option. With the current version of the package I can't tell the difference.
