Test 4.4.18.a xforms-scroll-first and xforms-scroll-last events needs revision. #478

This test currently contains a repeat element which is supposed to trigger 
messages to indicate the scroll-first and scroll-last events had been 
dispatched. While it accomplishes this, the message elements should not be 
within the repeat as this is causing 4, one for each entry in the repeat's 
nodeset, to appear as well as a message with no content. This test should 
be revised to correct this flaw, however as it is causing the blank 
message problem (issue 472) the test should be maintained until this is 
corrected.
