W3C Test 8.1.1.b passes Selenium tests, marked as Failed in manual results files #481

Test 8.1.1.b passes when run as a Selenium test in IE7 as well as FF3. It
is marked as 'Failed' in the manual results files.

The failure marks may be due to strict interpretation of the test
instructions. The instructions indicate, for example, "... must see an
xforms-enabled message ..." -- but more than one of these messages are
seen. Needs further investigation.

After further discussion on the weekly call, this (multiple messages) has been
identified as a bug (potentially with the RRRR processing and deferred updates)
that
needs fixing.

As MarkB reminds on IRC, this issue relates to behavior in XHTML mode,
which is how we have the W3C test suite checked into SVN. This may not be
an issue in HTML mode (vague since I'm adding this comment as a bulk edit
across multiple issues). The manual results files actually reflect HTML
mode behavior.
