W3C Test 8.1.5.c passes manual inspection, marked as 'Failed' #484

Test 8.1.5.c passes manual inspection on IE7 and FF3. It fails when run 
under Selenium and is also marked as 'Failed' in the manual results files.

Needs further investigation, might require correcting the Selenium driver 
page such that the testing more closely emulates the manual inspection.

As MarkB reminds on IRC, this issue relates to behavior in XHTML mode, 
which is how we have the W3C test suite checked into SVN. This may not be 
an issue in HTML mode (vague since I'm adding this comment as a bulk edit 
across multiple issues). The manual results files actually reflect HTML 
mode behavior.
