W3C Tests 8.1.7.{a,c,d,e} fail Selenium in IE7 #486

The following tests fail when run in Selenium in IE7:

8.1.7.a
8.1.7.c
8.1.7.d
8.1.7.e

They are correctly maked as 'Passed' in the manual results file since they 
also pass manual inspection in IE7.

Need to look at test failures in IE7, and the driver pages may need to be 
suitably updated to better emulate manual inspection.

As MarkB reminds on IRC, this issue relates to behavior in XHTML mode, 
which is how we have the W3C test suite checked into SVN. This may not be 
an issue in HTML mode (vague since I'm adding this comment as a bulk edit 
across multiple issues). The manual results files actually reflect HTML 
mode behavior.
