W3C Tests 8.1.7.{f,g} Selenium driver pages are insufficient, should fail #487

Tests 8.1.7.f and 8.1.7.g have to do with data bindings on xf:range.

These tests are marked as 'Passed' in the manual results files and also
pass the Selenium tests on IE7 and FF3. However, the xf:range behavior
does not appear to be desirable since trying to change the value of many
of the xf:range controls in the two tests cause them to become invalid.

The driver pages should be updated to include more thorough testing which
updates control values once the form loads and ensures continued validity
of controls.

As MarkB reminds on IRC, this issue relates to behavior in XHTML mode,
which is how we have the W3C test suite checked into SVN. This may not be
an issue in HTML mode (vague since I'm adding this comment as a bulk edit
across multiple issues). The manual results files actually reflect HTML
mode behavior.
