UI improvements for buttons (default look) #496

The default look of buttons, such as when using xf:trigger, could be 
improved. Browsers may use native buttons or their own, and the look and 
feel is not guaranteed to be consistent. Need to investigate how we can 
get better looking buttons for our forms by default, perhaps leveraging 
YUI buttons (TBD).
