W3C Test 9.3.1.f switch element within repeat element fails manually in FF3 -- marked as passing #499

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run test manually under FF3
2. Select any button
3. Switch blanks out entirely

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Please use labels to indicate the version, operating system and browser
that you are using. Also, add some text below to provide additional
information.

Fails on FF3/Mac but marked as passes
Passes as marked on IE7

This may be related to issue 528. Once fix is delivered a re-test can be 
performed.
Awaiting r2980.

This issue actually was an issue with the Repeat dynamic creation. Since the 
cases have 
toggles within them then we need to ensure that the id's on the toggles are 
dynamically 
created and assigned values that make sense.
