W3C Test 3.2.4.e fails because an invalid @model does not produce an exception. #508

For some reason an invalid value for a //select/itemset/@model attribute 
does not cause an xforms-binding-exception event. This is similar to issue 
309, except that moving the <message> tag outside of the itemset does not 
capture the event as specified there.

Side note: issue 309 was correct about 3.2.4.f however.
