Import v1.2 of the jsSHA library for it's HMAC support #513

Currently, HMAC support in UXF has been hacked together fairly roughly by 
editing our copy of the jsSHA library. However, Brian Turek (dev of jsSHA) 
has just let me know that he's released version 1.2, which implements HMAC 
calculation. At some point then, we should look to upgrade to 1.2 in our 
repository.
