Factor module that supports associative arrays #517

In UXF we have a module that provides us with associative arrays, called 
multimap.js.

However, there is also a module that provides this functionality in Ubiquity 
Backplane (array.js), and 
which includes a range of unit tests.

It would therefore be desirable to replace multipmap.js with array.js.
