Implement minimal appearance on trigger controls #523

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

Minimal triggers are useful for occasions when the form author doesn't want
to have a typical button style.

They also have a secondary use of providing a blank canvas on which form
authors can construct their own designs. With the current state of affairs,
this can only be achieved by explicitly over-riding all of the default style
that is being attached to the trigger implementation and its children, which
is a PITA.
