Support Safari

Currently, Safari is not officially supported by Ubiquity XForms, even though 
a significant number of tests do pass (my last count: 443 tests ran, 248 
passed, 195 failed).

This issue is an umbrella feature for Safari support, beneath which, 
individual issues will gradually get assigned and resolved.
