Xforms Focus in a repeat timing is faulty (pre-decoration) #607

It seems as though when the Xforms focus event is triggered the focus cannot 
be set on the next index in the repeat because the controls have not been 
decorated yet and therefore have no proxy nodes. When the xforms focus is 
performed there is nothing to focus to and therefore the focus is not on the 
page.
