What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Follow instructions to build rollups/distribution
2. Test sample forms, e.g. loan.html
3. Page fails to load
On stepping through the loader, it appears that some files from the
backplane subdirectory may not be getting created correctly in the
distribution directories. I'm not sure which are required so perhaps Mark
or Phil could take a look...Thanks, Charlie
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
