What steps will reproduce the problem?

svn checkout http://ubiquity-xforms.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ 
ubiquity-xforms-read-only

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected:  checkout without autenfification
instead: svn client ask authentication
