Make it easier to rapidly compare lots of samples or taxa at once.

Comments:

Currently single metric, parameterise?

Got this partly working in the dev/v3

Remaining bugs:

Switching interactive on/off stops the multie-sample display to be updated
Using remove string stops the multi-sample display being updated

Idea:

use drop down for interactive - something to do with observe?
Trace remove string issue - not sure why. Probably also something to do with observe

On second thoughts, removed plotly for multiple samples

This is justified as this could take a very long time to load if many plots and not necessary (for details look at single individuals). Seems difficult to inherit a flag and do conditions within observe.

Can come back to interactive multi plots if user requests
