Adds -a, -k

Bumps EXPECTED_AMBOSO_API_LEVEL to 2.0.2
Adds AnvilKern
Update configure.ac generation to use glob matching

Fix symlink creation for init subcommand

Bumps version to 0.2.4
Update copyright
