fskmod/dem missing in documentation #44

It seems that fskmod and similar modules (cpfsk*) are missing from the documentation.

I was wondering if this was a mishap, or if the documentation is still under development?

I think I understand now -- fskmod was added recently and the online documentation must still be for the last stable version (v1.2.0)? If it doesn't track master, it might be prudent to add a version number to the online version (http://liquidsdr.org/doc/).
