Allow a fasta file with multiple adapters #66

It would be nice if providing a fasta file with multiple adapters caused the 
program to search for all the adapters in that file, not just the first one. 
The workaround with shell expansions is hacky and less than ideal. Since I have 
identifying names for my adapters it would be nice to be able to know which 
adapters were found by something other than sequence.

This is a duplicate of issue #33. Reading adapters from a FASTA file is finally 
implemented in cutadapt 1.5 (released today).
