To filter the low frequency components I'm picking a threshold of 3 cph (20 mins) The spectras look like this

Seems like a nice criteria

The vertical spacing between the mean values of each tseries is 2 meters on the left and 25 cm on the right.

But these points are in shallow water. Need to implement the Green scaling law to extrapolate the data.
