Didn't work with Sublime Text 2 #6

Hi, thank you for the plugin. I've found that it won't work properly when using some app like Sublime Text 2 and Alfred v2 preference. Don't know is this a bug or not. Thanks

+1, doesn't work on alfred v2 preferences.

Debug info is as follows:

[INFO: alfred.workflow.input.keyword] Processing output 'alfred.workflow.action.script' with arg 'top'
[ERROR: alfred.workflow.action.script] Code 1: layouts.scpt: execution error: Alfred Preferences got an error: Can’t get bounds of window 1. (-1728)

+1, same for me on Alfred v2...

+1 using applescript via launchbar, can't get bounds of window 1

This issue is still active. It's not just Sublime Text. I have the same problem with Trello (which is in an Electron container).

I hope this could still be worked on. It's an amazing workflow and helps so much to reduce the programs running (not needing Better Touch Tool for example).
