Where is the dist folder? #71

Seems like the compile versions are no longer included in this repo ... Would be nice to have those around as it's a bit of a showstopper for n00bs!

We've rewritten the library a bit to remove the jquery requirement and isn't quite ready for release. If you are looking for the dist folder of the latest version, you can find it here: https://github.com/jgallen23/toc/tree/0.3.2/dist
