Missing Files #89

Looks like a great project!

Just fetched with GitHub Desktop and tried the example. Seems the /dist/ folder is missing. Also cannot seem to locate toc.js?

Or, maybe can only use via npm?

Only via npm... Except that the npm build is broken because of the lack of updates.
