View page after save doesn't preserve the port number #18

I'm using localhost:3000 and when I check View page after save, it tries loading the page at localhost (without the port number). I thought I already figured that out, but I remember not spec'ing it, so it may have regressed.

Oh, that's because I have the dev.host set to "localhost". Duh.
