Bump RSpec dependency. #64

It seems that the test suite is passing with RSpec 3.9 just fine with the exception of one deprecation warning.

The Travis is failing due to other old dependencies, such as testing against old Ruby versions and requiring old Rake.

@voxik : thank you for sending this out. This got updated in a recent PR that was merged and it was released in v4.3.3 of the gem.
