overvoltage

I am using an external battery called MiPow Powertube. I notice that when the 
Powertube goes empty while plugged in to my phone, the battery health indicator 
in the notification area says "overvoltage". I just want to know if this is an 
issue with your app or is it really a case of overvoltage?

It's not an issue with the app, as the app is just an intermediary, reporting 
to you whatever Android reports about the battery.  But it might not really be 
an overvoltage, either -- it might be that your external battery isn't 
supported by Android.
