USB/AC Charge, what does it do? #27

I don't understand why there is a field for these settings??? as a user it 
looks like you can charge the phone up in rapid time using this app setting but 
I'm sure this isn't the case.. so what is it? please help me understand

Please press MENU then select "Help" from the Time Settings page -- that will 
bring you to a detailed explanation.  In short, the setting is the basis for 
the discharge estimate.
