battery temperature #35

Exactly how is this app measuring battery temperature.  is it for real ???
does android phones have a built in thermometer ??

please explain

Hi, Deepak.

Almost all modern "smart batteries" have a thermometer built in.  The battery 
reports its charge level, temperature, health, and voltage to the OS, which 
then makes it available to my app.  My app then passes the information on to 
you.
