lock and unlock functions frozen #36

Did the verizon system update The battery application The function That lets 
you enable And lock will not work. I cannot turn the function back on. Before 
the update you could go back and forth. What can I do to fix this

Huh, if Verizon indeed modified the system so that API calls can no longer 
successfully disable the lock screen, then there's nothing I can do about that. 
 I'd be somewhat surprised if they did that -- what device are you using?

Also, is it possible that you manually disallowed the feature from the app 
itself?  This is an option that is there for security reasons.  If you open the 
app and press MENU->Settings->Other Settings, you'll see the "Disallow Manual 
Disable" as the last setting in the "Lock Screen / Keyguard" section.  You 
should leave it unchecked if you want to use the Disable Lock Screen button.
