Totally disable lock screen until manually re-enabled! #43

The disable currently re-enables itself and I must continually disable it over 
and over.   If I hadn't paid for the App,  I would have already have 
Uninstalled!!!!

Please fill out a problem report (rather than a question) and answer all the 
questions there, along with any other details you can think of that might help 
me track down what might be happening for you.  The feature works flawlessly in 
general, so I need to track down what specifically is happening on your device.
