Recent update removed Battery Indicator Pro

If the app is installed, you will see a launcher icon labeled "Battery 
Indicator" in your app launcher/tray accessible from your home screen.  You 
need to open the app from here in order to get it running.

If you do not have that icon, then you need to install the app.  If you are 
having download issues, please see
