Motorola Electrify only reports every 10% increments, however, SystemPanel shows in 1% increments.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Look at Battery Indicator

What is the expected outcome? What happens instead?
Expect 1% intervals on the battery report - I have SystemPanel App/Task 
Manager, by Nextapp Inc., at it shows my 1% intervals. (The temperature for 
both B.I. and SystemPanel always reads the same...)

What language is your device set to?

Do you have an "Task Killer" or similar apps installed?
SystemPanel - I installed this yesterday and have had B.I. for over a month. I 
only use this to see resource usage, not to kill tasks.

I have the paid version of SystemPanel 1.1.0

I should add that SystemPanel shows the battery mV along with charge percent, 
e.g. 93% and 4153mV
